I want to create a diner called ” The O.R.” It will serve things like burgers…1, 2, or 3 patties aka a bypass, a double bypass, and a triple bypass. So a typical conversation would sound something like this: “Oh sorry I can’t hang out. I have to go to The O.R. for a triple bypass.”
Possibly the best idea… ever.
